Albert Internoscia DMD, MAGD
Master Academy of General Dentistry
Cosmetic, Restorative and Implant Dentistry

Dr. Al utilizes his extensive training and experience to treat even the most challenging dental situations. He has been delivering cosmetic, implant, and restorative solutions to patients for over 20 years (just don’t ask him how old that makes him!). His commitment to “doing it right” and ability to “handle just about anything” has won him the admiration of patients and other doctors. The MAGD designation he holds puts him in the most select group of dentists; one of only 1300 worldwide. The Mastership is a top-level honor in the Academy of General Dentistry awarded to only those dentists who have first achieved Fellowship, passed a rigorous written test, and completed over 500 hands-on credit hours in all the different subspecialties of dentistry. A big bonus to patients is that Dr Al uses all this expertise to prevent big problems from ever happening. He was one of the first dentists in NJ to provide digital “computerized” x-rays because he saw the benefit of earlier diagnosis and his early adoption of white resin fillings proved correct because it has saved thousands of teeth over the past 20 years. Dr Al is one of the first dentists in our area to offer dental implants using the new “Flapless Approach” which provides patients with faster, more comfortable healing. He is one of only a few dentists in our area to perform both the surgical and reconstruction phase of implant dentistry. The Nobel Biocare implants he uses are proven to stand the test of time. Success rates are over 95% in most cases.

New Patient Coordinator
Your advocate for exceptional care

Anna Radwanski, our New Patient Coordinator, exemplifies our dedication to a high level of customer service and friendliness.

“My goal is to make your visit a wonderful experience. You will smile each and every time you come in to see us. Guaranteed.”

Your first visit with us would usually begin with a brief sit-down with one of our dentists who would listen to your concerns and discuss with you what your goals are, then we will gather the information we need to make an accurate diagnosis. This would include a very thorough exam, and any necessary x-rays. After the dentist has a chance to study your x-rays the findings will be discussed with you at a second visit when you can also get your teeth cleaned if you would like. Immediately following your cleaning you can review the recommendations for restoring and/or enhancing your smile and your financial responsibilities. It is then that you can co-develop the staging of your treatment plan with your dentist based on your goals and desires. The final step is to schedule your first treatment appointment.

Please feel free to call Anna to set up a confidential consultation – 908-874-4555.

Insurance & Financial Coordinator
Helping you achieve your bright smile goals.

Nancy Alfaro, our Insurance & Financial Coordinator has over 15 years experience in the dental field.

“Basically I check on patients’ dental insurance to see how that fits into a treatment plan. I also do financial plans. I work hard to get insurance companies to pay benefits due our patients. We also educate our patients about their dental plans. I love my job because of the family atmosphere and for the role I play in helping patients get the care they want. I really enjoy the work I do with patients. There is something about being an advocate for a patient. With my years of experience I know the ins and outs of insurance companies. I think a lot of other offices don’t spend the time we do. We spend a lot of time researching for the patient. I think that is one thing that sets us apart.”

A new smile, a restored smile or the dental health your family deserves is an important investment. We try to provide you with the financial information you need to make your goals a reality. When you come in ask about the ways we can help you receive the very best in dentistry. Ask Nancy how you can maximize your dental insurance benefits and make co-payments interest free or with low monthly payments.
