What a great dental office. The smiling faces that greet you when you walk and the professionalism by all of the employees, this office is 5 star! The cleaning was through and painless...everything in my treatment plan was explained in terms I could understand...makes me wonder what took me so long to find this place!

I was always afraid of the Dentist, until my experience with the Towne Centre. Dr Ignacio is wonderful, I had a filling and extraction without any pain, and it was done in about 20 minutes.
It was a pleasant experince... I will recommend him to everyone.

My wife and I have been with Dr Al since before Towne Centre. All 5 of our children were seen by Dr Al from when Jennifer was still there, All 5 of our children remained with Dr. Al into their adult lives until 2 of them moved away.

Today along with my wife and I, 3 of them along with their spouses and children remain with the best Dental organization that I have been made aware of in my 63 years.

Through the years we have referred many extended family members and friends to Dr Al, and were never sorry that we did.

I have tried a couple dental offices in the Hillsborough and this is the best one by far. Staff is very friendly, easy to get an appointment, very helpful with insurance, and they do great work!

The entire staff was incredibly friendly & warm. The facility, though in the midst of renovations, is state of the art and just beautiful. The check-in and check out time is short and sweet. Keep up the good work! You certainly have a fabulous team!

Dr. Al and his entire staff not only meet, but far exceed any and all expectations.

Their friendliness and compassion makes you feel like you are part of their happy family. Based on my wonderful experience including the thorough explanations of treatment using the latest in technology, the master craftsmanship of Dr. Al, accommodating scheduling, his extremely friendly and gracious staff, I knew this was the place for my 70+ yr old mother too in need of new dentures. Mom concluded she wanted to adopt Dr. Al and always looks forwards to seeing him and his wonderful cherry staff - everyone of them!

2 cavities and prep for 2 crowns and not a twinge of pain. Only negative was I had a 6:00pm appt which did not start until 6:20.

We have been coming here for at least 10 years and continue to do so. Everyone is so nice and recognizes that some people (and children) have issues with the dentist. They are patient, helpful, and are always welcoming! And the new office configuration is great! A very soothing office with happy workers! We go every 6 months and do not dread the trip to the dentist ever!

I saw Dr Erin for a cleaning tonight vs a hygenist, I guess b/c of scheduling problems. She was absolutely incredible. Not only was she friendly and had fantastic,rapport , she was gentle! I thanked her for her excellent care and considerate off my current health problems. Top rating for Dr Erin.

I am not what you would consider your model dental patient. I try to take really great care of my teeth at home, so I do not have to see the dentist. However, I broke down, put my anxieties aside and made an appointment. I can't express how pleased I was with the staff and the care they provided. I felt very comfortable and actually enjoyed my 1st visit. Sara(h) and Dr. Erin were FANTASTIC! They were both very thorough and took all of my concerns into account. A huge THANK YOU to all at Towne Center Family Dental for making my 1st experience as pleasant as possible!

The entire team is great, from the time you walk in until you walk out. Never have a problem getting an appointment never have to wait for an appointment and that is very important to me. My last dentist appointments were 3 month later.

The office staff at Towne Center is one of the nicest around. The hygenists and docs do a great job. They make it fun for kids too - especially Jamie, our favorite hygenist.

I continue to be amazed on how the team at Towne Centre Family Dental can create such a fun, relaxing and enjoyable environment when people are waiting to get their teeth worked on which is usually an event everyone dreads. I don't think it's in the water....it's in the staff's DNA. This is a group of people who love what they do, enjoy working together and take pride in delivering a world class dental experience. I wish this experience could be replicated at our pediatricians office.

I am extremely surprised and delighted at how natural and comfortable my Upper Implants are.. I expected to need a few weeks to get used to them. Not So!!! Within a day or two, I forgot they were even there. I will shortly begin the process for the lower implants and fully expect the same fabulous results.
